Committed to delivering high-speed cable broadband and entertainment services to regional Australia, Neighbourhood Cable began rolling out a hybrid fibre and coaxial (HFC) network in 1997. Starting in Mildura and later expanding to Ballarat and Geelong, the Neighbourhood Cable network now reaches over 90,000 households across the three regions.
