Neighbourhood Cable Ltd

Neighbourhood Cable is a business owned and operated by Neighbourhood Cable Limited.

TVG Neighborhood Cable Holdings SCA (TVG SCA) is the Company's sole shareholder following its successful takeover bid and subsequent compulsory acquisition of all of the shares of the Company in 2005. TVG SCA is ultimately owned by TVG Asian Communications Fund, an international private equity fund with a special focus on investing in communications companies in Australia and the surrounding Asian region. The Fund currently also holds (indirectly) interests in TransACT Communications Pty Ltd and PowerTel Limited.

Following completion of TVG SCA's compulsory acquisition of all the shares in Neighbourhood Cable Ltd, the Company was removed from the ASX Official List from close of trading 15 July 2005.

TVG SCA's support in recapitalising the Company with sufficient funds has enabled Neighbourhood Cable to deliver on its business plans and to capitalise on new opportunities available to it.

UPDATE January 2006

Following completion of the compulsory acquisition, former shareholders who did not accept the takeover offer were sent a Directions Notice, completion of which would enable them to claim payment for their shares acquired by TVG SCA.
